Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal.
According to Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to (among others): l)The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than as a dwelling, transport of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance. There is therefore no right of withdrawal.
Online dispute resolution platform.
As regulated by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, it aims to achieve a high level of consumer protection and the proper functioning of the internal market, in particular its digital dimension, by providing a European online dispute resolution platform to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and traders online in an independent, impartial, transparent, effective and fair manner. We therefore provide the User with a link to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform for any possible dispute that may arise in the field of consumer law:
